Closer Work is a purpose-driven Management Consulting and Business Services start-up specializing in Healthcare. We are looking for a Salesforce Specialist (necessary) who would want to progress towards to more generalist role of CTO (Chief Technology Officer) and cover a progressively wider tech scope (starting with Data Engineering and AI). The role offers both a strong purpose and a generous equity scheme that could enable you to achieve financial security within a few years. You’ll be working with a small, dedicated team and have the chance to make a real impact on the lives of healthcare organizations, their staff, and the patients they serve.

** The role can be performed, fully remotely from anywhere in Canada. For the first 2 to 6 months, you’ll get Equity compensation (Company Shares) instead of full Salary**

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The initial purpose of your role would be to improve the lives of Healthcare Organisations, Healthcare Professionals and Patients, whilst achieving our financial targets.

MAIN MISSION:

Our group will start small, with approximately 5 to 10 people at the group level and 2 individuals at the business unit level (1 for each business unit). This small structure will allow to establish a strong foundation for our group in an agile manner, prior to our scale-up.

Your initial focus would you be on:

CRM (Salesforce)

  • Improving and developing our existing Inhouse Recruitment App based on Salesforce.
  • Improving and developing the rest of our tech Ecosystem and it’s overall integration: AI and Automation tools, Telecommunications (Whatsapp, Voip), Cybersecurity, Cloud Infrastructure and Storage,  Integration and APIs and other various Apps
  • Your focus will be on good user experience, simplicity, cost effectiveness and business value

Data Engineering

  • Improve and expand our existing Lead generation platform (AWS, Glue, MySQL, Python). We currently have contractor doing that, so you would learn and take over from them progressively, before we grow our own internal team.

THE TEAM

As a start-up, you will initially work with a small, tight-knit team, including:

  • The Founder and Advisors: Providing strategic guidance and support.
  • CloserRecruitment Americas Management Team: Collaborating closely with the CEO, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Chief Financial Officer.
  • Local Lead Partners: Partnering with the Lead Partners of our first business units in North America who will be carrying out our recruitment activities. You’ll play a Business Analyst role with them.
  • Freelancers (developers and engineers)
  • In the future, your role will expand to include working in an integrated manner with teams delivering complementary services such as finance, marketing, mediation, and more, delivering integrated solutions to our clients and candidates.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in Salesforce Development
  • Interest in expanding to a wider tech scope including Data Engineering
  • Willing to start the role in an small structure (early stage start-up), and carry out hands on work.
  • Interested in an Equity model initially.
  • The role is remote you could be based anywhere in Canada.
